Support the project team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects of varying contract type, size, complexity, and level of risk reporting will support both internal and external/government customers.Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports such as Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, and other program management tools used to support critical path analysis, performance variances, (such as earned value metrics), and to support cost / schedule integration.Be a strategic partner to the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and project management teams supporting initiatives that drive improved program execution, schedule discipline, and accuracy of financial forecasting.Ability to take ownership and follow through executing solutions to problems.Excellent quantitative/analytical skills with the capability to translate data into actionable information.Articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing.Extremely proficient in scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or Open Plan, as well MS Excel and MS Office Suite.5 years or more Project Management or Project Control experience working with schedules, IMPs, WBSs, cost accounting and financial management systems, EACs, work authorizations, process management systems, and/or reporting.Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline and 10 years of relevant experience Masters and 8 years or more experience.
